Initiate Your Return

Log into your BROWNS account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the BROWNS shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
